City Government Focus to Realize Free-Corruption Territory

Jakarta Provincial Government focuses to build integrity zone towards Free-Corruption Territory (WBK) and Clean and Service Bureaucracy Territory (WBBM). This contained in Permenpan RB No. 52/2014 about Integrity Zone Development Guidelines.

Jakarta Regional Secretary Asisstant, Bambang Sugiyono said, civil servants (ASN) have been equipped with governor's regulations, such as took off ASN position if proven did corruption, collusion, and nepotism (KKN) act.

"There are many officers were given punishment to took off their positions, including their PNS status after they did KKN," he said at City Hall, Tuesday (3/21).

According to him, now Jakarta Provincial Government gradually builds WBK and WBBM zone up to urban village level.

"Even we can say that in Jakarta today, from regional government to urban village are toward free-corruption and clean bureaucracy territory," he expressed.

Meanwhile, Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform, Administrative Complaint Division (Kemenpan RB) Head, Titi Saraswati affirmed that to achieve WBK predicate city should be able to have anti-corruption perception minimal score of 3.6. While to achieve WBBM predicate also must be supported with fair opinion without exception (WTP) achievements from Audit Board of Republic Indonesia two times in a row.

"Officers must realize clean and free-corruption government that serve citizen genuine and sincere," he closed.
